In December 2003, Dr Paton submitted an abstract of his masters thesis research to the 2004 pre-Olympic scientific Congress, located in Greece. The Pre-Olympic Congress is the largest international gathering of scientists in sport science and medicine. According to data provided in a press release from the In ternational Federation of Sports Chiropractic (FICS), Dr. Paton was the to ever be invited to present research at this elaborate gathering. The research was titled "Artificially Induced Leg Length Inequality and its Effect on Sway". Dr Paton was chosen to present the research in oral presentation format in Greece!
